About a week ago, SprintLink stopped announcing to us 144.228.0.0/16 which
we were using as a candidate default network, and instead started annoucing
a half dozen or so 24's. Since then, the number of /24's has slowly been
growing and after we called them to find out what was up (and the lack of a
144.228.0.0 /16) we now have started seeing a 144.228.0.0/16 _but_ we
are seeing still /24's, _and_ the number of those seems to be growing.

Anyone else have been observing this?
