Not exactly.
We're a couple of weeks away from OC3 to both mae-east and mae-west, but
when there are multiple providers there with 80+% utilized ports, I'm not
really sure just how much we can do with that bandwidth except drop packets
a whole lot faster.
AGIS has had OC3 connections to both Chicago and PacBell NAPs on order for
months, but WorldCom had tariff concerns to address before we could get the
connections into our colocate space.
Even when the will and the money are there, tariff prevails.
