ANNOUNCEMENT: NANOG 9 Date Change (fwd)

Of course this would be easier if people (i.e. exchange operators)
were using the Dave Siegel, Kim Claffy, and Bill Woodcock
stats reporting format.  I guess I could pound on exchange operators
on this again, but the idea seems to have died off again, until
a few days ago.  Maybe MCI or Sprint wants to talk
to MFS, PacBell, Ameritech, Sprint, etc. about thins again?
Maybe some pressure from key customers?
