Address allocation stats

We have made a dump of the networks contained in the InterNIC
database as ftp://rs.internic.net/netinfo/ip_network_dump.96Jun.gz to
better help aid the analysis in both IP address allocations and
routing announcements.  Here is a sample of what is contained within this 
file:
