Operational declaration of route servers at AADS and Washington-DC NAPs

The Routing Arbiter Service is pleased to announce it is fully in production
at both the AADS and Washington-DC (MAE-East) NAPs.  Two route servers are
installed at each NAP to provide redundancy, and the route servers are
reconfigured every 4 hours.  The route server configurations are based on
the routing policy information stored in the Internet Routing Registry. The
IRR contains the full set of data from five databases: Routing Arbiter
Database, RIPE Routing Registry, internetMCI Routing Registry, CA*net
Routing Registry, and ANSnet Database.
