Bill:
Yup, most of the stuff on the ra page
(http://nic.merit.edu/nsf.architecture/Sprint) is
useful but outdated. Sprint needs to update the info,
especially the fee table :)-
I'll also see if we can get a pointer from Sprint's
home page to NAP info.
