The RIPE NCC does not have escalation phone numbers for the Internic either :-(.
I will do what I can right now, (there are some private email channels),
but this might take some time.
194.0.0.0 - 194.0.255.255 has not been assigned or delegated, so I
don't know what triggered this bug.
People in need to run a stealth secondary for 194.in-addr.arpa should
get the data from 193.0.0.193 (ns.ripe.net).
