NO configurations on Dec 27 and Jan 3

In celebration of the Holidays, Merit is decreasing the
number of times the PRDB will be updated between
now and January 7.

There will be one configuration update to the PRDB
per week for the next two weeks.  The PRDB will be
updated on December 30, 1994 and January 6, 1995.

The Tuesday updates to the PRDB are cancelled for the
next two weeks.
