dialup access from Reston

Hi. SURAnet has offered to provide a (limited) number of dialup lines
for slip/ppp access, during the regional-techs meeting. The only
problem with this is that dialup from VA to MD would incur long
distance charges. If you think this would be useful, I'll confirm with
Jack Waters to go ahead and set this up. A few replies here would
do it.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide online IP access at the meeting.
