Only template.net version 7.0 NACRs accepted after July 1, 1993

Hi.  Here's a reminder:

In order to more efficiently process your requests, we are 
moving to a system which requires the use of template.net (NACR) 
version 7.0 after July 1, 1993.

The new template.net and template.net.README can be found on: 
nic.merit.edu:nsfnet/announced.networks.  Also, NSFNET service 
customers can register to use the autonacr program on merit.edu
by sending mail to autonacr at merit.edu, or by calling Steve 
Richardson at 313-747-4813.
