Regional Techs meeting in September?

    Perhaps we could slide this meeting to late September/Early Oct?
    Perhaps gated by an non-UM football weekend for those who need to 
    stay over a weekend ...

I don't have a problem with late September, but I'd prefer not to slide into
October since my availability is more questionable then.
