Routing Policy Description Form

Hi,

Now you can ftp the Routing Policy Description Form from nis.nsf.net at
internet/routing.policies/routing.policy.form.  For those who needs to know
more about the form, please read rpform.explanation in the same directory.

Please ftp it and fill it out.  Please send the completed form for you AS to
rpform-admin at merit.edu and it will be installed in the directory internet/
routing.policies on nis.nsf.net.  All the completed forms will be available 
for anonymous ftp from that directory.
