          ENSS 141
          moved 12  nets to the T3 backbone

 AS 209 - Westnet Regional (Colorado Attachment)
          ENSS 141
          moved 100 nets to the T3 backbone

 AS 210 - Westnet Regional (Utah attachment)   
          ENSS 142
          moved 8   nets to the T3 backbone
