Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservations 24 hours prior to
their arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Any reservation
canceled after 24 priors to arrival will forfeit a fee of one night's room

housing vendor or selling the meeting registration list  is fraudulent.

   Safety + Travel

Your health and safety is very important to us and NANOG is ready to host
everyone safely in Montreal. We will require that everyone attending NANOG
85 be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than May 23, 2022.  You
are considered fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks after the final dose in
either a 2 dose vaccine series (Pfizer, Moderna or AstraZeneca) or the
single dose series (Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen) vaccine. If you do not
meet these requirements, you are not fully vaccinated and we request that
you join us for NANOG 85 virtually. There will be no exceptions. Please
