Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservations 72 hours prior to
their arrival to receive a full refund of their deposit. Any reservation
canceled after 72 priors to arrival will forfeit a fee of one night's room
and tax.

BEWARE: It has come to our attention that a company fraudulently
representing itself as NANOG’s housing vendor is contacting individuals in
our community in an attempt to solicit your business. They will offer to
make hotel reservations within the NANOG 83 hotel block on your behalf, and
in some cases will also misrepresent themselves as staff of the meeting
hotel itself.

Short Term Valet (0-2 Hours) - $15.00 + Tax
Short Term Valet (2-4) - $20.00 + Tax

Valet (Over and above 4 Hours) - $40.00 + Tax

Self-Parking (0-20 Minutes) - $5.00

Self-Parking (21-40 Minutes) - $10.00

Self-Parking (41-60 Minutes) - $15.00

Self-Parking (61-80 Minutes) - $20.00

Self-Parking (81 Minutes - 24 hours) - $27.00

In and Out Access* - $30.00

*Parking ticket must be validated at the Front Desk and charged to a guest
