OK, We'll just see if this works!

This message should get sent to mailman list subscribers and there should be no unsubscribe links. If this works (and it did in development), then we'll be in pretty good shape.

The plugin doesn't have proper specs to test that it actually works and see that it doesn't get broken by future Discourse core changes. I think it should be fairly stable, however.
