</p><p class="MsoNormal">Upon checking in at Registration, an abbreviated paper copy of the agenda will be provided with your name badge. Highlights of the meeting agenda and other activities are summarized. </p><p class="MsoNormal">
<br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Meeting Check-in</b> </p><p class="MsoNormal">Meeting registration & check-in will be held at the Roosevelt Foyer, located on the Mezzanine Level of the hotel. When you arrive at the meeting, please check-in at the NANOG Registration Desk to pick up your name badge, T-shirt, attendee gifts and important handouts. The registration desk will be open during the following hours: Sunday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Membership and Sponsorship Table</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">Beginning on Monday afternoon, committee members will be available during breaks to answer your Membership and Sponsorship questions. This is located near the registration area.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Community and Member Meeting</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">We invite you to attend and participate in the NANOG Community Meeting on Monday, from 5:45 – 6:15 p.m. in the Crescent City Ballroom. The Community Meeting, hosted by the NANOG Board, will provide an opportunity to hear about new NANOG activities and learn of ways you can become further engaged in NANOG. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Welcome Lunch and Newcomers Lunch</b></p><p class="MsoNormal">The Monday Welcome Lunch, open to all attendees will be in the Roosevelt Foyer at 12:30 p.m. This is a great time to begin the ever famous, NANOG hallway conversations.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal">If this is your first NANOG meeting, you are encouraged to attend the Monday Newcomers Lunch with other NANOGers (meet and greet the NANOG community and start socializing) at 12:30 p.m. in Salon IV/V, located on the Mezzanine Level.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Members Breakfast</b> </p><p class="MsoNormal">The Member Meeting will be held during Tuesday Breakfast 8:30 – 9:30 am in Salon IV/V and is open to NANOG Members. Members will be provided an important opportunity to learn about organizational updates and communicate with the Board and other NANOG committees.
