Dear NANOG 73 Attendees:

Welcome to NANOG 73, sponsored by CoreSite, at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.  We are expecting strong attendance, with 1,013 individuals registered for the meeting as of this email.  Based on our registration data, 285 people have indicated they are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time.  Of those attending, 290 are also NANOG Members.


Agenda

We provide a mobile app for the conference via Guidebook <https://guidebook.com/getit/>. The app is compatible with iOS and Android devices.  Once the app is installed, select “Download Guides” at the bottom and search for “NANOG 73”.  There are a number of features in Guidebook you may like to use.  You can download all or only some of the agenda items that you want, find a map of the hotel meeting venue, search nearby restaurants, connect to social media sites, and you can even take the General and Daily Presentation survey right from your mobile device!

Meeting Check-in
Meeting registration is in the Centennial Foyer, 3rd Floor of the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center. When you arrive at the meeting, please check-in at the NANOG Registration Desk to pick up your name badge and NANOG 73 T-shirt. You are required to wear your badge during the meeting at ALL times for security purposes. Badges are non-transferrable. 

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
• Sunday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Monday - Wednesday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Be sure to stop by and visit the crowd pleasing sponsored Espresso Bar. The bar will be open Monday - Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. in the Centennial Foyer.

Daily Events
NANOG conferences are 3 full days with many events. Below is a list of activities taking place outside of the Agenda Programming. 

Attendees Breakfast
Monday - Wednesday: Extended Breakfast will be served in the Capitol Ballroom Halls 1-4 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Attendees Lunch
Monday & Tuesday: Lunch will be served in the Capitol Ballroom Halls 1-4 and open to all attendees from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 
Tuesday Lunch Option: Join us on the Capitol Ballroom Halls 5-7 for the Women in Technology Discussion.
Wednesday: Lunch will be on your own.

PM Breaks 
Monday-Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Centennial Foyer.
