Dear NANOG 61 Attendees:

Welcome to NANOG 61!  Hosted by NTT Communications, at the Hyatt Regency
Bellevue in Bellevue, Washington.  We are expecting a strong attendance at
the meeting; with over 825 individuals registered, 251 have indicated they
are attending a NANOG meeting for the first time.  Of those attending, 180
are also NANOG Members.

We prepared this message to provide you with information and brief
reminders to help you prepare for the NANOG meeting.

*Agenda*
The complete NANOG 61 agenda is available on the NANOG website, along with
the NANOG meeting hotel space layout.

The NANOG Agenda is also available to download to your local electronic
calendar via Guidebook. The app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, iPod
Touches and Android devices.

To use Guidebook go to https://guidebook.com/getit/
Once the app is installed, select “Download Guides” at the bottom and
search for “NANOG 61”.  There are a number of features in guidebook this
meeting.  You can check out who is onsite at NANOG 61, download all or only
some of the agenda items that you want, and you can connect to social media
sites, find a map of the hotel meeting venue, and you can even take the
General and Daily Presentation survey right from your mobile device!

*Meeting Check-in *
Meeting registration & check-in will be held at the Grand Ballroom Foyer,
located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. When you arrive at the meeting,
please check-in at the NANOG Registration Desk to pick up your name badge,
T-shirt, and important handouts.

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:
• Sunday 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Monday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Tuesday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Membership and Sponsorship Table – Grand Ballroom Foyer
Beginning on Monday afternoon, the Sponsorship Sales Director will be
available during breaks to answer your Membership and Sponsorship
questions. The Membership and Sponsorship table is located near the
registration area.

• Welcome Breakfast Refreshments will be served on Monday from 8:30-11:00
a.m.
• Power Breakfast will be served Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30-9:30 a.m.

*Welcome Lunch– Grand Ballroom A-D (2nd Floor)*
The Welcome Lunch, open to all attendees, will be Monday at 12:00 p.m.
 This is a great time to begin the ever famous, NANOG hallway conversations.

*Newcomers Lunch – Regency A - C (2nd Floor)*
If this is your first NANOG meeting, you are encouraged to attend the
Monday Newcomers Lunch with other NANOGers (meet and greet the NANOG
community and start socializing) at 12:00 p.m.

*Members Breakfast – Cedar Ballroom (2nd Floor)*
The Members Breakfast will be held on Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and is open to
NANOG Members.  Members will be provided an important opportunity to
interact with the NANOG Board of Directors and other NANOG committees.

Hotel Guest Room Internet access is also offered free of charge.  Access
instructions will be provided upon check-in at the hotel.

*Travel Links*
Via the NANOG webpage, we have provided a few highlights to make your stay
more enjoyable.  However should you have further questions regarding the
sites of the area always feel free to stop by the hotel Concierge Desk for
further recommendations.

*Ground Transportation and Parking:*
The Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's fashionable Eastside is just 20
minutes from Sea-Tac International Airport and nine miles east of Seattle.
Transportation: Airport shuttle starts at $19/person. Please call
425-981-7000 or click here to book online. Taxi service will range from $45
- $50 one-way. Metro bus (one block from hotel) will cost approximately
$1.60.

Hotel Parking: Self-parking - $25/night; Valet- $29/night (Plus 9.5% tax)
