[Attendee] Your Hotel Reservation - Due to Storm Perdictions

Colleagues:

The NANOG staff have been working with the hotel reservation desk to
determine a plan should Wednesday flights be cancelled.

We know that 170 NANOGers are scheduled to check-out on Wednesday February
12, 2014.

The hotel, as you can imagine, is receiving many reservations for Wednesday
due to the storm predictions.  We have made arrangements with the hotel for
170 rooms to be made available at the NANOG room rate for Wednesday night, *as
long as you go directly to Hotel registration today by NOON.  You will be
required to pay in advance for the Wednesday night room.*

We will keep you posted should there be a need for Thursday.
