[Attendee] Heads-up - train from PHL airport to Loews is closed8-9 Oct.

I'm with Chris on this. I've been in that area many times after hours and I
wouldn't consider it any riskier than being in any other City. Market-East
will put you right next to the hotel though, so either way is a safe bet
IMO.
