Dear NANOG46 Attendee--

As we come together for NANOG46, June 14 - 17, 2009,  in the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Pennsylvania, with strong attendance and an excellent program, here are a few reminders and highlights for you to be aware of. 

NANOG Email Lists
--------------------------
First, the NANOG email list attendee at nanog.org is a new email list used by Merit, the NANOG Steering Committee, and NANOG Program Committee chairs to communicate meeting information directly with meeting attendees.  NANOG-Attendee at nanog.org is an email list used by NANOG meeting attendees who choose to communicate with each other regarding meeting activities.  NANOG-Support at nanog.org is an email list used to communicate with Merit staff directly.

An abbreviated copy will be provided in your name badge at registration.

Check-in:
------------
When you arrive at the meeting, please check in at the meeting registration desk to pick up your name badge, t-shirt, and important handouts.  The registration desk will be in the Second Floor Foyer, and open during the following hours:

     Sunday:       12 noon to 6:00 p.m.
     Monday:        8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
     Tuesday:        8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
     Wednesday:  8 a.m. to 12 noon

Community Meeting:
---------------------------
An important part of every NANOG meeting is the opportunity to hear updates from and communicate with the various committees that are responsible for supporting the meetings and the NANOG community.  As this meeting is for the community, we hope you will attend and participate in that session on Sunday, June 14, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in Washington B/C on the third floor.

Informal BOF Sign-up

An important new offering at NANOG is the opportunity to suggest an informal BOF session on Tuesday evening.  An opportunity to put together those last minute topics to review in a NANOG meeting rooms.  The Program Committee will announce room assignments on Tuesday morning.
