AFRINIC placed in receivership

XX  was running for a Board Seat at APNIC and may have been in 
attendance in the recent APNIC conference.
Very controversial stuff there, with lessons to be learned and 
remembered and situations to be avoided at all costs.

Corruption and $$$$$$$.
