I had an experience in one big PTT. Fiber was easy in the majority of Metro places.
Even faster than DWDM or router commissioning.
It is just 1 PTT. Hence, an example could not be counted.

Even in the same market, no two lays of fibre can be guaranteed to be completed in the same time.
