To the OP… I hear ICANN also has a no trolls policy.  I’m sure you can find that if you look hard enough.

Your best bet is to go find the nearest bridge.l and hang out under it.  Don’t worry - they’ll find you.

You'd probably be 99.999% more successful in improving the state of
humanity by being more specific about what you are referring to.

Put another way you've probably reached "ICANN" by posting here, or as
