Barely operational .. hoping to find myspace help

The first link is "law enforcement." Down at the end it has an address.

Prepare a letter on a lawyer's letterhead. Include a copy of the
instruction you have on government letterhead ordering your client to
delete his account. Send it certified mail.

If the account remains online after you get the receipt for the letter's
delivery, return to the judge and ask for a letter ordering myspace to
delete the account. Then send a copy of that to the address.
