Hi,

the prefixes in question (144.48.82.0/24 and 185.121.178.0/24) are no longer announced today after forwarding the original email to NetworkSupportEngineers-SoftLayer-WW at wwpdl.vnet.ibm.com and peering at softlayer.com

Thanks

Best regards
