They have that one covered. They are not going to believe what you enter
there either... In fact getting the Geo IP people to accept that address
space moved takes a year and even then you will have two more years before
everyone updated their copy of the database. All the while your users are
calling your hotline complaining about websites in the wrong language and
blocked content.
