Dual stack IPv6 for IPv4 depletion

What about dual-homed customers?  Or are they all expected to have their own
PI space?

Do the math for how big a chunk Comcast needs, assuming they give each
residential customer a /60, or a /56, or a /48.  If their first chunk was
sized based on ubiquitous /56s and it turns out /48 would have been better,
they may need another trip to the well.
