Problem reaching Wikipedia (AS43821) via Tele2

Indeed, although I wouldn't know why.

The problem lasted the whole day yesterday, but it seems to be gone now.
I was given the tech contact for Wikimedia off-list; if anything rises
up again I'll get in touch with them.
