Interesting, I'm having that same issue w/ www.nist.gov this morning. Front
page loads fine, but all links return a 404. Here's my tracert if it

On a somewhat related note, anyone else notice that PING in Windows 7
reverts down to use only an IPv4 address when pinging a DNS name w/ options
specified:
