Using IPv6 with prefixes shorter than a /64 on a LAN

The Juniper and Cisco equipment I have worked with can handle static LAN
addresses with a mask different from /64 just fine. Same with OSes like
FreeBSD, for instance.

SLAAC obviously won't work.
