Network Provider Recommendation in Edmonton AB

Have you tried contacting Shaw Business Solutions (Formally BigPipe Inc) or Bell (GT /360 Networks) or even Telus?

I would expect that all should be able to provide symmetric (non cable or adsl) solution.
