I figure I should follow up with a sample error message from our logs:
<xxxxxxxx at bellsouth.net>: host gateway-f2.isp.att.net[220.127.116.11] refused to
talk to me: 550-18.104.22.168 blocked by ldap:ou=rblmx,dc=att,dc=net 550
Error - Blocked for abuse. See http://att.net/blocks
