Help with GC/Level3 route issue

Sure, I just was unsure that the post was ok in this forum.
We are advertising 188.8.131.52/23, 184.108.40.206/22, 220.127.116.11/22,
18.104.22.168/21 & 22.214.171.124/20.
(Now we are injecting /24 as a quick hack to patch the situation).
GC is advertising various 126.96.36.199/16 subnets too, which is ok,
but e.g. the 188.8.131.52/23 is there w/o reason.
