Anomalies with AS13214 ?

Somewhere, something is confused.  I'm seeing cyclops report some of my 
prefixes with origins of 6364 (correct), 13214 6364 (no), and 6364 13214 
(not right either).

I'm also not seeing any unusual reduction of input traffic.
