West Coast Fiber Cut?

Global crossing is reporting that SBC was horizontal boring and knocked
out Quest and SBC fiber.  This is 4 km north of Wolden Ave and Main St.
in Red Bluff, CA.  Qwest has techs on site and they're digging.
