http://puck.nether.net/netops/nocs.cgi?ispname=sbc  is BOGUS Info as far as
SBC goes, just like I said it was, try t yourself and see how far you get.
SBC's peering is in the MAE's, Ashburn and PAIX sure aren't  filtered [:-(]
very well.
