MAE-East weirdness on May 13, 1999 (fwd)

We were told by Worldcom that there was a linecard failure and they were 
working on replacing it. Of course, that is what the ticket said and no 
one from Dallas has actually confirmed this.

And yes, we are still seeing those problems too.
