 Mr. Stratton is describing the
 exact reason we all require a
 Digital Bill of Rights. In his
 universe we have no freedoms
 outside of his alleged Property
 Rights. Our mail, WWW viewing,
 Internet Telephony, etc, are
 at his mercy and according to
