EU-IBMnet? IPaddr 32.xxx

Is it just me or is IBM GlobalNet leaking this into their F/R cloud on
purpose?  Supposedly a private VPN (albeit transiting PSDN) and here I've
got 32.74.50.217 leaking all over the place?

Anybody know what's up?
