None of them seem likely to have an /8.

So you seriously think that delegating /8s around to registries and potentially
starting a bidding war for 'easy' address space (which can be obtained with
money rather than demonstrated need and allocation history) is a good thing?

Good thing the community doesn't trust you to guard our scarce resources.
