The outbound configuration on the T1 NSSs at the configuration points
(NSSs 17, 11, and 8) will continue as they are. The change that is
planned is to the outbound announcements from the T3 to the T1. So,
I think that we are in sync here, but then I thought that my
original message was clear also... :-)
