I agree.  It'd really help me in deciding what to delete and what to read.  Currently I follow a discussion until it's just noise and delete the rest, but sometimes something new and fun starts up out of the ashes of a discussion and I miss the good stuff.

Perhaps we could start that on nanog-futures.  Note that the current nanog-futures discussions had absolutely nothing to do with the subject lines.  If it can't be enforced here, we can't expect it on the general list.
